How can I stop using my phone too much?

  1. Get busy with something else.
  2. Use Black & White colour template/theme on your phone.
  3. Find a purpose on your life, the addiction is the cause that you lack purpose in your life.
  4. Try to minimize the screen time as less as possible (daily).
