If you had to run a food truck, what would you serve?

 I’ll never run a food truck because I know it is hard work and not nearly as profitable or have the freedom people think it has.

But, I wish there’s a food truck that sell Beijing breakfast.

One thing I really miss about Beijing is its breakfast. There are all kinds of street venders selling different type of breakfast items. When I stayed with my aunt in Beijing, she’d get up early, went downstairs and bought me hot fresh 油条 and 煎饼. And they tasted great! They’d make it on the spot for you. I think these food items would be perfect for a food truck.
